Implementation sits with your developer and your writers, which keeps my time on diagnosis and direction rather than production. Scope is written per engagement. There is no package to fit into, and no discovery call required before you understand what I would do.

Questions that get asked
Do you implement the changes yourself?
No. I produce specifications, developer tickets and content briefs; your developer and writers ship them. That keeps my hours on diagnosis and direction rather than production, and it is cheaper for you. If you have nobody to implement, I will say so before we start rather than after.
What does an engagement cost?
It depends entirely on scope, and I would rather quote something real than publish a number that fits nobody. Send the domain and what has stalled, and you will get a scope and a price without a discovery call first.
How long before I see movement?
For technical fixes, four to eight weeks after the changes actually ship. For content and authority work, three to six months. Anyone promising faster is either working on a site with an obvious unforced error, or not being straight with you.
Do you work with iGaming and other regulated verticals?
Yes. Most of my last nine years has been iGaming, affiliate and finance across eight markets, and I am comfortable with NDAs and compliance constraints.
Is link building included?
It runs as a separate budget, with placement costs invoiced at cost. Bundling it in hides what you are actually paying per link.
Can you guarantee rankings?
No, and neither can anyone else. What I can show you is nine years of first-party Search Console data, including the engagements where the result was smaller than the headline suggests.
