Co-founding and scaling Serbia's fastest-growing fitness property from nothing

The situation
OneFit.rs started as a blank domain. No brand, no links, no content, no audience — and a
Serbian-language fitness market where the incumbents had years of head start.
What I did
The strategy was high content velocity against a properly mapped topic space, rather than
publishing volume for its own sake. As co-founder I directed the whole production chain:
developers on the platform, designers on templates, and content creators and qualified
fitness professionals on the material itself.
Keeping subject-matter experts in the loop was a deliberate choice. In a health-adjacent
vertical, content that a practitioner would actually sign their name to holds rankings that
generic freelance copy does not.
The result
The property peaked above 200,000 monthly organic visitors and has recorded
2.3M clicks and 12M impressions in lifetime Search Console data.
The number I care about most on this one is the 19.2% average CTR at 7.3 average position.
That combination means the pages are not just ranking — they are winning the click against
everything else on the result. Titles, structure and intent match were doing real work.
What this proved
- Content velocity against a mapped topic space took a blank Serbian-language domain past 200,000 monthly organic visitors.
- Practitioner-reviewed content held rankings in a health-adjacent vertical where generic copy does not.
- A 19.2% average CTR at position 7.3 shows the pages were winning the click, not only the ranking.
